Which Rental Should You Review First?

Organize up to five rental properties by record readiness, preparer review and sale timing.

Organize the next step for each property

This tool sorts workflow readiness. It does not rank tax returns or estimate savings. The study minimum applies separately to each property; no volume discount is assumed.

Your entries stay in this page and are not sent to Stratum or saved automatically. Refreshing or closing clears them. Export or print before leaving. Use property labels and document references rather than sensitive identifiers.

Use short property labels; add only the properties you want to compare.

How the groups work

Missing records are addressed first. Properties with available records still need preparer review and a decision about sale timing. Only properties with records available, usability reviewed and no planned near-term sale receive the label “Ready for a scoped proposal.” That label does not establish eligibility or an economic recommendation. Properties remain in your input order within each group.

Bring your rental home questions to discovery

Stratum cost segregation studies cost $1 per square foot, with a $2,000 minimum per property. AE Tax Advisors hosts discovery. Confirm the property study scope and any separately engaged advisory or filing work.
